<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pan capable of improving fuel economy in starting of an engine with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In an oil pan 1, the inside is divided into at least two of a main tank 11 and an auxiliary tank 12 by a boundary member 13 and stores engine oil L. A suction port 2 is set in the main tank 11 for sucking out and supplying the engine oil L to an engine. The auxiliary tank 12 is set such that at least a part of the engine oil L circulated in the engine returns to the auxiliary tank. The boundary member 13 has an upper end 131 which is lower than the liquid level LA of the engine oil L in the main tank 11 while the engine is stopped and is higher than the liquid level LB of the engine oil L in the main tank 11 while the engine is operated.</p> |
