<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radically polymerizable resin composition that gives a coating film excellent in surface dryability and tensile properties.SOLUTION: The radically polymerizable resin composition comprises (A) a radically polymerizable resin, (B) a radically polymerizable monomer and (C) an acrylic polymer. A civil engineering building material is produced by using the radically polymerizable resin composition. The radically polymerizable resin composition can be suitably used for the production of civil engineering building material such as a flooring material for a factory, a storehouse, a clean room or the like; a paving material, a waterproof material, a coating material, a primer, a coating material for wall surface, a road marking material, an injection material, a seal material, a cast article, a laminate, an adhesive, a lining material, corrugated and flat plates and the like.</p> |
