<p>The mechanism (10) has a Belleville washer shaped elastically deformable articulation unit (20) including an articulation and support part (18A) that articulates and supports an elastically deformable diaphragm (14). A spherical shaped elastic tilting assisting unit (24) assists tilting of the diaphragm towards an engaged position of a cover (12).
