摘要
本发明之课题在于提供一种成型性、宽度方向物性均匀性优异,可适合用于成型加工用、光学用之双轴配向聚酯薄膜。;本发明之解决手段为一种双轴配向聚酯薄膜,其在150℃的薄膜MD(machine direction,纵向)方向之10%伸张时应力为5MPa以上30MPa以下,在150℃的薄膜MD方向之热收缩率为5%以下,且1000mm宽度中的薄膜之配向角(主配向轴与薄膜TD(transverse direction,横向)方向或薄膜MD方向所成之角度中小者的角度)之最大值为20°以下。;惟,1000mm宽度的薄膜之配向角,系将薄膜的任意位置之主配向轴方向设为TD方向,以该位置作为中心,沿着TD方向于2方向各自取550mm宽度,作成宽度为1100mm之薄膜,于自该任意之点起往TD方向两端在50mm、100mm、150mm、200mm、250mm、300mm、350mm、400mm、450mm、500mm之位置(1000mm宽度),测定配向角,求得其中之最大值;而且,于同一薄膜面内将与TD方向呈正交的方向设为MD方向。
