PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable appropriate management and search of information.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a collection unit, a storage unit, and a search unit. The collection unit collects a plurality of first metadata relating to information for which a common specification to a plurality of information sources transmitting the information is not stipulated, from the information sources. The storage unit stores a first attribute indicating an item of an element included in the first metadata and a first attribute value that is a value corresponding to the first attribute while making the first attribute and the first attribute value correspond to each first metadata. The search unit searches the plurality of first metadata on the basis of a correspondence between a second attribute indicating an item of an element included in newly acquired second metadata and a second attribute value corresponding to the second attribute and the first attribute and the first attribute value, and extracts corresponding metadata that is the first metadata corresponding to the second metadata. |
