PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intermittently drive upper belt conveyance means and lower belt conveyance means in discharging accumulated media in a bundle state with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In a medium issuing device 100 in which after a plurality of media are accumulated in the device by upper belt conveyance means 1 and lower belt conveyance means 2, the accumulated media are discharged at once outside the device, weights 9-1 and 9-2 for press are arranged on both sides of a conveyance direction of the upper belt conveyance means 1 in a vertically movable manner, the upper belt conveyance means 1 is raised in accumulating the media to discontinue pressing to the accumulated media, and the weights 9-1 and 9-2 for press are lowered to give pressing to the accumulated media. |
