PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of acquiring color information for securing a distance measurement accuracy at least the same degree as that in a case where an imaging device of a monochrome camera is used.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: first imaging elements of a plurality of kinds of light receiving elements; and second imaging elements of the plurality of kinds of light receiving elements arranged in parallel to the first imaging elements. The plurality of kinds of light receiving elements are classified into the light receiving elements belonging to a first group and a second group. With respect to the light receiving elements of the kind belonging to the second group, a spectrum region to which the light receiving elements are sensitive is included in a spectrum region to which the light receiving element belonging to the first group are sensitive. The first and second imaging elements are configured so that, when an array consisting of the plurality of light receiving elements is used as one cell, a pattern of the cell is repeatedly appeared in two orthogonal directions of the array. With respect to the light receiving elements of the type belonging to the first group, the light receiving elements of the same kind are continuously arranged in a row direction or in a column direction, in at least one row or column in each cell. |
