PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by appropriately changing an OB ratio depending on time zone for operation.SOLUTION: An elevator control device is provided with mechanisms 20-22 for changing loadage of a counter weight 13. It includes a carrying load calculation section 33a which calculates carrying load when a cage stops at each floor during a preset time zone, a power consumption calculation section 33b which calculates power consumption by changing an OB ratio between the counter weight 13 and a cage 12 based on the carrying load at each floor, and an optimum OB ratio decision section 33c which decides an OB ratio at which power consumption is lowest as an optimum OB ratio in the time zone. |
