PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixer capable of improving agitation performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a food material mixer containing a mechanic flame and a mixing drum, which contains a drum body with an upper opening shape and a drum cover covering the upper opening of the drum body, rotatably supported by the mechanic flame around a drum rotation core shaft of a left-right direction and mixing a plurality of food materials in the mixing drum by rotary driving the drum body in one direction around the drum rotation core shaft, the mixing drum is formed with approximately the same shape of side face cross section shape of its inner space from left or right one terminal side to another terminal side, an expanded part expanding to outside from an arc making a drum rotation core shaft as a center and contacting an inner upper part of the drum cover is arranged in a preceding side and rear side of a rotation direction of the drum cover and an expanded part expanding to outside from an arc making the drum rotation core shaft as the center and contacting an inner bottom part of the drum body is arranged in a preceding side and rear side of a rotation direction of the drum body. |
