<p>Provided are a method to manufacture a fluid injection-type insulator, and an insulator manufactured by the method. The method to manufacture a fluid injection-type insulator comprises the steps of: applying an adhesive to a first insulating sheet by a roller device such that a part of the first insulating sheet to which the adhesive is not applied forms a portion of a plurality of first flow path units communicating with each other in a first direction, and a portion of second flow path portions communicating with each other between the first flow path units; forming an insulating sheet complex by bonding the second insulating sheet to the first insulating sheet such that a part not bonded by the adhesive in the first insulating sheet and the second insulating sheet having a size corresponding to that of the first insulating sheet forms a first flow path unit and a second flow path unit; and injecting a fluid to the first flow path unit and the second flow path unit of the insulating sheet complex, wherein the roller device includes a body unit and a plurality of application units protruding from the body unit to apply an adhesive, the application units protrude at preset intervals, and inner application units, excluding outermost application units, of the body unit, among the plurality of application units, protrude discontinuously along an outer circumference of the body unit. According to an aspect of the present invention, the fluid injection-type insulator having high productivity can be manufactured at low costs.</p> |
