A helideck having a reinstallation element is disclosed in the present invention. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the helideck having a reinstallation element comprises: a pancake portion providing a place for taking off and landing of a helicopter; a pancake support portion which is connected to a lower pancake portion and supports the pancake portion; a deck support portion which is connected to a lower pancake support portion and supports the pancake support portion; guide bars respectively combined with one or more main frames of the deck support portion; and one or more guide supports which are installed in a deck house in order to try to dock or redock the whole helideck, including the pancake portion, the pancake support portion, and the deck support portion, and which are respectively combined with the guide bars.
