摘要
一种钙铁盐高温抗劣化捕碳剂制造方法,系分别配制钙、铁溶液与配制硷液,之后将钙、铁溶液以及硷液于密闭容器中加温混合搅拌使之形成沈淀,而产生钙/铁碳(硝)酸盐层状材料,并将此层状材料过滤及乾燥后进行煅烧,而生成钙铁碳(硝)酸盐之二氧化碳捕获剂,而于600°C测试捕获CO2性能,钙铁碳酸盐起始捕碳量高达5.2-10.4 mmol/g,20次回圈稳定性99-100%;该钙铁硝酸盐起始捕碳量5.1-10.3 mmol/g,20次回圈稳定性97-98%。藉此,可将此捕碳剂用于燃烧前与燃烧后捕碳程序,以避免捕碳剂高温劣化之缺点,可作为中高温与大浓度范围捕碳之用,而达到具有适用温度广、高二氧化碳浓度、高捕碳量、环保及低能耗之功效。
