<p>A paddy grain dryer that is super fast, mobile, handy and easy to operate compared to the conventional grain dryer in terms of output and size. It incorporates a dielectric heating technique that uses a magnetron that generates electromagnetic wave energy at a frequency of 2.45 Gigahertz that penetrates into the grains rapidly for effective heating and boiling of water. An air cooling unit is provided to blow cold air into the drying chamber to expedite the heat transfer of water vapor from the surface of the grain to the passing cold air by condensation. At the same time it enhances the cooling-down of the grains to keep it at a constant and safe temperature without interfering the heating process by electromagnetic wave energy radiation thus, a rapid and instantaneous drying is achieve without causing any damages to the grain.</p> |
