PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for objectively evaluating an effect of a cerebral blood flow stimulation therapy using a plurality of massage techniques.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating a massage including at least two kinds of massage techniques includes: (1) a step for measuring a variation in a cerebral blood flow of a person to be treated while applying a massage to a prescribed region of the person to be treated for a prescribed time for each of the massage techniques; (2) a step for comparing data of the variation in the cerebral blood flow acquired in (1) among the techniques, and determining whether or not there is a difference in cerebral blood flow variation characteristics among the techniques; (3) a step for measuring a variation in the cerebral blood flow of the person to be treated while applying at least the two techniques for which it is determined that there is a difference, to a prescribed region of the person to be treated for a prescribed time in at least one order; and (4) a step for comparing the data of the variation in the cerebral blood flow acquired in (3) with the data of the variation in the cerebral blood flow acquired in (1), and determining whether or not the data of the variation in the cerebral blood flow is greater. |
