PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for operating a slave circuit group in cooperation with a master circuit, the device capable of controlling a plurality of slave circuits with control of the master circuit, the device facilitating cooperation between circuits, the device capable of flexibly coping with a change of system configuration without changing a sequence program of the slave circuits.SOLUTION: Controls 2, 3, 4 of second to fourth circuits that are a slave circuit group 42 are to be executed with reference, not to their own circuit, but to various settings (reference numeral 43a) of a first circuit that is a master circuit 41 and a sequence (reference numeral 43b) of the first circuit.
