PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a memory capacity of an image forming apparatus from being pressed.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device comprises a print data acquisition unit, a registration unit, an apparatus search unit, a function acquisition unit, an identification unit, and a transmission unit. The print data acquisition unit acquires print data. The registration unit registers the acquired print data and print job information corresponding to the print data in a storage unit. The apparatus search unit searches for the image forming apparatus. The function acquisition unit acquires executable print functions from the image forming apparatus detected by searching. The identification unit identifies the print data that can be printed by the print functions on the basis of the print job information. The transmission unit transmits the identified print data to the image forming apparatus detected by searching.
