PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out application recognition discrimination without disclosing income information for respective individuals and household information for the respective individuals to an application recognition discriminator when discriminating application recognition for an institution based on total income of the household unit.SOLUTION: Application recognition discrimination is carried out by: providing an application recognition discriminator for carrying out application recognition separately from a population manager for managing population information, an income manager for managing income information, and a household manager for managing household information; having the population manager tokenize the population information; having the income manager tokenize the population information associated with the income information on the basis of the tokenized population information; having the household manager tokenize the population information associated with the household information on the basis of the tokenized population information; and having the application recognition discriminator calculate a total income for the household unit from the income information and the household information with the population information tokenized. |
