<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single flux quantum circuit that consumes less static power without requiring an AC signal.SOLUTION: The single flux quantum circuit includes: a junction section 11 that has a Josephson junction, and when an input pulse is supplied to cause a current flowing therethrough to exceed a critical current value, makes a state transition from a superconducting state to a normal conducting state to output an output pulse; a bias section 10 that consists of only wiring having a superconducting characteristic and supplies a DC bias current equal to or lower than the critical current value to the junction section 11; and a resident flux release section 12 for, in response to a reverse current flowing in the opposite direction to the bias current which is generated when the output pulse is output, releasing a resident flux causing the reverse current from the bias section 10.</p> |
