PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser module capable of inhibiting the deterioration of characteristics and reliability which results from heat generated by a laser crystal, and to provide a solid-state laser device and a manufacturing method of the laser module.SOLUTION: The laser module includes: a laser crystal; a heat dissipation metal film disposed on a joint surface of the laser crystal; a wavelength conversion element which is joined to the joint surface at an opening part provided on the heat dissipation metal film and forms an optical resonator with the laser crystal; and a heat sink contacting with the heat dissipation metal film. At least the heat dissipation metal film is disposed on a portion of the joint surface which excludes a region where the wavelength conversion element is disposed.
