<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation resistance measurement device and an insulation resistance measurement method that enable insulation resistance to be measured with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An insulation resistance measurement device 100 measuring insulation resistance in a power generation part 11 made up of a solar battery string 18 plurally having solar battery modules 17, the insulation resistance measurement device 100 comprises: a voltmeter 12; a first switch connection part 13; and a second switch connection part 14. The voltmeter 12 has a positive pole and a negative pole, and measures a voltage value of resistance 12a between the positive pole and the negative pole. The first switch connection part 13 switchably connects the positive pole of the voltmeter 12 between a positive pole of the power generation part 11 and a ground G, while the second switch connection part 14 switchably connects the negative pole of the voltmeter 12 between the negative pole of the power generation part 11 and the ground G.</p> |
