PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield.SOLUTION: The detector module manufacturing method is a method to manufacture a detector module. The detector module optically couples a scintillator array which emits light generated by an X-ray and a photodiode array which converts the light generated by the scintillator array into an electrical signal with each other. In the detector module manufacturing method, the positioning is carried out by means of an image processing to position the scintillators of the scintillator array and the photodiodes of the photodiode array so as to face each other. Based on the positioning result, the scintillator array and the photodiode array are stuck to each other using a transparent adhesion sheet having an adhesion face on both sides.
