<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of performing heating amount control of heating means suitable for boiling cooking in an economical manner.SOLUTION: Heating amount control means 24 is provided for controlling a heating amount of heating means 2. The heating amount control means 24 includes: temperature tendency measurement means 27 for measuring temperature tendency from a detection temperature of temperature detection means 7; boiling detection processing means 28 for detecting boiling; and after-boiling heating amount adjustment means 29 for automatically adjusting the heating amount of the heating means 2 after the boiling detection. The after-boiling heating amount adjustment means 29 increases a heating amount level step by step when the temperature after boiling is in downward tendency, and at the same time, the temperature tendency is measured by the temperature tendency measurement means 27 every time the heating amount level is increased by one step, and when the temperature changes to upward tendency, the heating amount increase of the heating means 2 is stopped.</p> |
