The present invention relates to a membrane panel of a membrane-type tank to store a cryogenic fluid and, more specifically, to a membrane panel of a membrane-type tank to store a cryogenic fluid which has corrugations forming corrugation structures bent alternately in different directions; thereby removing intersection portions between the corrugations, satisfying the strength and a thermal shrinkage absorption required to store the cryogenic fluid, and allowing the membrane panel to easily be processed to improve productivity and quality. The membrane panel comprises: main bodies of the panel; and the corrugations formed to mutually connect linear portions formed on the main body of the panel in different directions, wherein the respective corrugations on the main bodies of the panel are mutually connected on the assembling surfaces of the main bodies of the panel when the main bodies of the panel are assembled to be arranged; thereby forming the corrugation structures bent alternately in different directions.
