Disclosed is a water gutter unit of a helideck, on which a cable of a lighting fixture is safely mounted. The water gutter unit of a helideck includes: a main body arranged along an outer edge of a pancake and providing a drainage route of fluid discharged from the pancake; a support installed on the upper side of the main body to mount a lighting fixture; and a tray installed to be extended in the lengthwise direction from a side wall of the main body to mount the cable of a lighting fixture.
