PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably pass on a collision load to the rear of a vehicle at the head-on collision thereof by suppressing movement of the rear end of a door beam or a bracket at the rear side of the door beam to the outside of the vehicle and firmly stretching the door beam against a door inner panel in a cross direction.SOLUTION: A pipe-like door beam 4 in a cross direction is provided in the side door of a vehicle, and a bracket 7 which is fixed to a rear end 4a of the door beam and has a nearly crank plate shape in a plan view is disposed along a side wall 15 of the outside and rear side of the vehicle, a side wall 16 of the inside and front side of the vehicle and a back wall 17 connecting both side walls 15 and 16 which form the step shape of the rear part of a door inner panel 6. The bracket 7 comprises both joint parts 18 and 19 of the outside and inside of the vehicle joined and fixed to both side walls 15 and 16, and a central part 20 which connects both joint parts along the back wall 17 and joins the rear end of the door beam. |
