PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixer capable of easily conducting lock release of a lock member which locks a drum cover and taking foods out from a drum body without removing the drum cover.SOLUTION: There is provided a food material mixer containing a mechanic flame and a mixing drum, which contains a drum body with an upper opening shape and a drum cover covering the upper opening of the drum body, rotatably supported by the mechanic flame around a drum rotation core shaft of a left-right direction and mixing a plurality of food materials in the mixing drum by rotary driving the drum body in one direction around the drum rotation core shaft, and a back part of the drum cover is hinge bound to the drum body to be free for opening and closing, a lock member for locking the drum cover not to be opened is arranged at a front part of the mixing drum and a lock release member for releasing lock of the lock member by rotating the drum body in other direction under condition which the lock member is locked to be engaged with the lock member is arranged. |
