PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a plastic film-punching device, in order to eliminate cost problem and prevent clogging of punching chips 15 on a punch blade 2.SOLUTION: A projection body 5 is assembled in combination with a cylindrical punch blade 2. The punch blade 2 is constituted of a jagged blade, and has crest parts and valley parts alternately formed. In addition, inside the punch blade 2, the projection body 5 exceeds a height position H1 of bottom parts 7 of the valley parts, projects toward a height position H2 of apexes 6 of the crest parts, and an annular gap 8 is formed between the punch blade 2 and the projection body 5. |
