PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the life of a lead battery of a vehicle power supply device in which the lead battery is connected in parallel to a power storage device other than the lead battery.SOLUTION: In a vehicle power supply device 100, the power storage device is connected in parallel to a lead battery 10. When the discharge voltage of the power storage device is lower than the maximum virtual of the lead battery at discharge, the SOC (state of charge) of the power storage device is 5% or lower. Also, when the charge voltage of the power storage device reaches a set output voltage of a dynamo in the vehicle, preferably the SOC of the power storage device is 95% or higher. |
