摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently take out a current in a solar battery of tandem type in which a silicon-based solar battery cell and a solar battery cell comprising a nitride semiconductor are used.SOLUTION: On a second surface 122 of a first solar battery cell 102, a second solar battery cell 103 is stacked. The first solar battery cell 102 and the second solar battery cell 103 are formed to have different areas, and stacked. An extension region 105 is provided outside a junction region between the second surface 122 of the first solar battery cell 102 and a fourth surface 132 which is a second conductive type of the second solar battery cell 103. There are provided a connection line 104 which electrically connects a third surface 131 of the second solar battery cell 103 and a support stage 101, a first output terminal 106 connected electrically to the extension region 105, and a second output terminal 107 connected electrically to the support stage 101.
