PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonic acid stimulation promoter capable of maintaining carbonic acid stimulation even when gas pressure is suppressed low during filling due to formulation ingredients and when the gas pressure is reduced due to gas permeability of the container, or when the carbonic acid stimulation feeling must be reduced by quick deaeration of the carbonic acid after opening a cap in a carbonic acid beverage.SOLUTION: Undeca-triene and/or undeca-tetraene are added to the carbonic acid beverage as effective components, for enhancing and maintaining preferable carbonic acid stimulation by the carbonic acid.
