The present invention relates to an apparatus for impregnating lumber with lacquer, an impregnation method, and a method for manufacturing a sanitary cutting board impregnated with lacquer using the same. The apparatus for impregnating lumber with lacquer comprises: a chamber into which processed lumber is put; a compressing and decompressing apparatus for pressing and decompressing an inner pressure of the chamber; a lacquer supply device for supplying lacquer into the chamber; and a controller for controlling the impregnation of the lumber with the lacquer by compressing and decompressing the inner pressure of the chamber. The lumber is impregnated with the lacquer by receiving the lumber, performing a decompressing procedure, injecting a lacquer liquid at the decompression state, performing a compressing procedure after the lacquer liquid is injected, maintaining the compression state for a predetermined time, discharging and collecting the lacquer liquid, and then taking out and drying the lumber impregnated with the lacquer. When a cutting board manufactured by processing lumber is impregnated with lacquer, the inner portion of the cutting board is impregnated with lacquer even when the surface of the cutting board is damaged, and thus the antibiotic property of the cutting board can be improved. |
