A steam turbine plant of an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a steam turbine and a heating unit configured to heat working fluid to be supplied to the steam turbine. The heating unit includes a first heat source using a fossil fuel or a second heat source using an extracted steam from the steam turbine to heat the working fluid, and a third heat source not using a fossil fuel but using a waste exhaust combustion gas to efficiently use an exhaust heat of a low temperature. |
