A painting apparatus for a pipe including a spray part with a divaricate spray unit according to the present invention includes a head unit which supplies paint and compressed air, a rotation unit which is rotationally formed in the head unit, the spray part which includes a first spray unit and a second spray unit which are formed on both ends of the rotation unit and spray the paint on the inner side of the pipe and a driving unit which is connected to the head unit and is formed to move inside the pipe. The first spray unit and the second spray unit include one pair of spray nozzles which divaricate in opposite directions to form a preset angle on the reference surface of a horizontal direction.
