PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading device that is reduced in thickness and can suppress deterioration of image reading quality in a reading part.SOLUTION: An image reading device 1 comprises: a reading part 101; a holder 100 for holding the reading part 101 in a housing part 100A; a main sheet 200 that is arranged in a second direction on the other side of the housing part 100A; first and second sub sheets 310, 320 which come into contact with an end part 200L and another end part 200R of a first direction in the main sheet 200 from the other side of the second direction, and bend to one side of the second direction; and a first press member 410 and a second press member 420 which come into contact with the first and second sub sheets 310, 320 from the other side of the second direction and press the reading part 101 to one side of the second direction via the first and second sub sheets 310, 320 and the main sheet 200. In the first and second sub sheets 310, 320, slits 319A, 319B and 329A, 329B are formed in pairs to extend in the first direction along third and fourth wall parts 130, 140. |
