PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarization sensitivity terahertz wave detector for terahertz time region spectral analysis that measures the differences of transmissivity and absorptivity from the difference of tissues in a substance, and is suitable to visualize the differences.SOLUTION: In a polarization sensitivity terahertz wave detector having a plural of bowie-tie type antenna flare pairs, a length 601 of a bowie-tie type flare is 0.03-0.150 mm, a tip sharpness 602 of the bowie-tie type flare is 0.001-0.006 mm, an angle 603 of the bowie-tie type flare is 10-45°, and a separation distance 604 of the bowie-tie type flare is 0.006-0.01 mm. |
