PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet for constituting a touch panel, which suppresses generation of moire as well as makes noise moire less visible, and gives sufficient transmittance.SOLUTION: A conductive sheet 12 includes a first electrode 18A and a second electrode 18B opposing to each other via an insulating part. The first electrode 18A and the second electrode 18B include a plurality of cells 22A, 22B, respectively, formed by intersection of thin lines 20 as a line material. The first electrode 18A gives a random pattern including a plurality of cells 22A having different shapes in a plan view, while the second electrode 18B gives a regular pattern formed by a plurality of continuously arranged cells 22B having the same shape. |
