PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal fitting formed by winding a portion between a wire barrel part and an insulation barrel part around the covered conductor, in which the horizontal dimension of a bell-mouth can be measured by laterally viewing the terminal fitting fixed to the covered conductor.SOLUTION: This terminal fitting has: a wire barrel part 13 crimped to a core wire 31 exposed in the terminal part of a covered conductor 30; an insulation barrel part 14 positioned on the backside of the wire barrel part 13 and crimped to the terminal part of a covering 32; an intermediate part 15 which is provided between the wire barrel part 13 and the insulation barrel part 14, and is wound around a boundary part between the exposed part of the core wire 31 and the terminal part of the coating 32, and the side face of which is brought into a continuous state with the side face of the wire barrel part 13 without having a break; and a rear fringe 24B showing the position at the rear end of the wire barrel part 13. |
