PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent system and an agent control method for providing users with advice, suggestion, recommendation, etc.SOLUTION: A method for providing uses with recommendation is constituted so that a processor stores a plurality of pieces of question answering data acquired from a plurality of users in a database, index designation of the pieces of question answering data is performed by being associated with the respective questions, and the index designation is performed by being associated with the respective pieces of recommendation, the processor executes a step of identifying a recommendation candidate set from a plurality of pieces of recommendation according to a first standard, repeatedly executes a sub-method until it is determined that a predetermined condition is satisfied, the sub-method includes steps of: selecting a question from the database based on a second standard; acquiring answers from the users to the selected question and updating probability of all the pieces of recommendation based on the answers; and updating the recommendation candidate set based on the updated probability of the recommendation, and outputs the recommendation selected from the recommendation candidate set when it is determined that the predetermined condition is satisfied. |
