OIL CONTENT MEASUREMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil content measurement device which allows a user to surely inspect visually an interface between a specimen and a solvent and clearly determine whether the specimen and the solvent are separated or not.SOLUTION: A specimen including an oil content and a solvent for extraction of the oil content are injected to a cell 2a by a predetermined ratio and are agitated. The oil content is solved to the solvent, and then the specimen and the solvent are separated for measuring the oil content included in the solvent. The oil content measurement device comprises a casing for storing the cell 2a and has an observation window for observing the cell 2a from outside, and a light source 3 for radiating light from inside of the casing to an interface I created by separation of the specimen and the solvent.
