<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a valve device that is easy to be mounted and is hard to slip off.SOLUTION: In a mounting structure of a valve device, a columnar fitting member 11 that includes a tapered glans-shaped part 11a having a diameter enlarged step part 11a1 at its tip part is inserted into a fitting through hole 91a of a vehicle assembly component that is made smaller than the diameter enlarged step part 11a1; the glans-shaped part 11a is protruded from the fitting through hole 91a; and the valve device is mounted to the vehicle assembly component.
