PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal material which can keep ductility while increased in strength.SOLUTION: The metal structure of a metal material contains a fine grain structure region 1 composed of fine crystal grains 1a and a plurality of coarse grain structure regions 2 composed of coarse crystal grains 2a having an average crystal grain size larger than the average crystal grain size of the fine crystal grains 1a. The fine grain structure region 1 has a network structure with the plurality of coarse grain structure regions 2 dispersed and dotted in the fine grain structure region 1. The fine crystal grains 1a form a two-phase structure containing two types of crystal grains mutually different in crystal structure.
