<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing increase of slide resistance of a plunger tip to a spool bush.SOLUTION: A metal mold 1 comprises: a stationary die 11; a movable mold 12 for forming a cavity C between it and the stationary die 11; and a spool bush 4 attached to the stationary die 11. The spool bush 4 is connected to a plunger sleeve 21, and then molten metal M poured into the plunger sleeve 21 by a plunger chip 22 is extracted to the cavity C via the spool bush 4, for forming a product in the cavity C. The spool bush 4 is positioned in a radial direction to the stationary die 11, and is attached to the stationary die 11 so that its deformation in an outside of the radial direction is allowed.</p> |
