<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capstan device whose variation in the cooling performance can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The capstan device comprises: a cylindrical body 16 supported by a rotary shaft; a nozzle unit 24 disposed on an inner peripheral side of the cylindrical body 16, and spraying cooling liquid to the cylindrical body 16; a nozzle base part 32 disposed on a lower part of the nozzle unit 24 and supporting the nozzle unit 24, and having circular fitting holes 32A on both ends; and a fitting member 36 to which the nozzle base part 32 is fitted, and which has having a plurality of circular holes that communicate with the fitting holes 32A at a cooling position where the nozzle unit 24 comes close to the cylindrical body 16, and a retreat position where the nozzle unit 24 retreats from the cylindrical body 16.</p> |
