<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microreactor which can prevent a sample to be subjected to chemical reaction from breaking due to collapse of sidewalls of a micro flow passage: and to provide a method for manufacturing the microreactor.SOLUTION: A microreactor 10 includes a substrate S, sidewalls 12, and a micro flow passage 11 composed of the substrate S and the sidewalls 12. The sidewalls 12 are each formed of a plurality of carbon nanotubes 30 and oxidation-resistant material. The carbon nanotubes 30 are disposed on the substrate S and extend in corrugated shapes, so that the carbon nanotubes 30 adjacent to one another partly come in contact with each other. The oxidation-resistant material fills gaps among the carbon nanotubes 30 and coats the surfaces of the carbon nanotubes.</p> |
