摘要 <p>The present invention provides a control device of a hybrid heating and cooling system with solar heat and geothermal sources and a method thereof, capable of reducing the power consumption of a geothermal source heat pump system due to the imbalance of domestic heating and cooling loads. The control device of the hybrid heating and cooling system with the solar heat and geothermal sources includes: a collector; a storage tank; an existing geothermal source heat pump; and other heat exchange and transport equipment. The storage tank is divided into a high temperature storage tank and a low temperature storage tank so that a solar heating medium (a mixture of water and antifreeze), a thermal storage medium (water), and a heat medium of an underground heat exchanger (a mixture of water and antifreeze) are separated by four sets of plate heat exchangers not to be mixed with each other. The heat collected by a solar heat collector installed on a roof is controlled to be primarily stored in the high temperature storage tank, when there is solar radiation, and is secondarily stored in the low temperature storage tank.</p>
