<p>The present invention relates to a device for proportionally operating fingers for a building drum. The device includes a means for proportionally operating the fingers, which proportionally operates fingers on both sides to be uniformly folded and unfolded to the inside and the outside according to the moving distance of a finger operating frame. The means for proportionally operating the fingers consists of: a pair of rack gear units installed to move with each finger operating frame on an operating screw in the drum axis; and pinion gear units tooth-combined with the rack gear units and connected to be interlocked each other at the center of the longitudinal direction of the drum axis. As the rack gear units and the pinion gear units tooth-combine operating frames on both sides, which operate installed fingers of the building drum, fingers can be uniformly operated and controlled each other according to the moving distance of operating frames. Also, turn-up units on both sides of a green case to be built can be uniformly pressurized and built each other.</p> |
