PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp which can suppress release of a seal-material by allowing the seal-material of an LED chip to have an aligned partially-spherical shape.SOLUTION: A recess forming frame 3 and a bottom plate 4 of a case 2 are molded by a case polymeric material which has a liquid repellent property against seal-resin, a recess 5 is formed inside the recess forming frame 3, and leads 6, 7 are joined to the case 2. On an upper surface of the bottom plate 4 that appears on an inner bottom surface of the recess 5, a coating 10 composed of coating resin that has adhesiveness to the seal-resin is formed, and on upper surfaces of the leads 6, 7 appearing on the inner bottom surface of the recess 5, an LED chip 8 is mounted. A seal-material 11 in which liquid seal-resin poured in the recess 5 is shape-controlled by liquid repellent property of the recess forming frame 3 and is solidified seals the LED chip 8 and is adhered to the bottom plate 4 via the coating 10. |
