PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure not to generate excessive displacement at connecting parts which connects a trailing arm to a vehicle body when a knuckle is push-pull-driven by an actuator for adjusting a camber angle and a toe angle of a rear wheel.SOLUTION: A rear suspension device comprises: a knuckle 4 which supports a rear wheel 3; a trailing arm 5 which connects the knuckle to a vehicle body; and an actuator 10 which push-pull-drives the knuckle almost in the vehicle width direction for adjusting a camber angle and a toe angle of a rear wheel. The knuckle is connected to the trailing arm through connection parts 11, 12 which enable rotation in the direction of changing the camber angle and the toe angle of the rear wheel, and the rotation axis restricted by the connection parts is set as inclined against the vehicle longitudinal direction.
