PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the connection with an ONU dynamically without causing any packet loss, even if there are a large number of ONUs to be housed.SOLUTION: An OLT 100 includes a plurality of OSUs 200 and OSU distribution parts 120. The plurality of OSUs 200 include, respectively, a buffer 220 including a slew queue 222 and one or more switching queue 224, an ONU distribution part for sending a packet destined to an ONU of switching object to the switching queue, and sending a packet destined to an ONU of non-switching object to the slew queue, and a scheduler 250 for reading a packet from the switching queue and slew queue. The OSU distribution part sends the packet received to an OSU where the ONU at the destination of the packet is registered. |
