PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show a solution of reducing abrasion of an air bearing, by preventing reduction of pneumatic pressure and reduction of speed in an air support motor, during a short or some degree of interruption of power supply voltage.SOLUTION: A drive circuit of an electric motor having an aerodynamic support of a motor shaft includes at least one storage means for storing electric energy. In order to obtain a minimum speed of the motor shaft required for air support at least some times, upon failure of the power supply voltage or intermediate circuit voltage, the electric motor can be supplied with electric energy by the storage means. |
